Here you will find non-power sites that are still part of the action but are nestled in the beautiful hilly landscape.

These sites offer a firepit and picnic table and are a short walk to the public washrooms.

Inverter or quiet generators only to respect the neighbours in and around our park.

This camp site boasts unobstructed views of the starry sky nestled in the side of a cliff.

It sits on the trail side of the pond, by itself, and is near the wash station.

This is a roughin’-it style camping with no power available, picnic table and firepit.

1 trailer per site + tents to not exceed max guests, or multiple tents to not exceed max guests.

12 foot max trailer size.

$45 per night (+taxes and fees)

Grassy open site beside the pond.

This is a roughin’-it style camping with no power available, picnic table and firepit.

14 foot max trailer size.

This site sits along a mature tree line, it’s the most open of the tent sites with a fantastic view of the ponds.

This is a roughin’-it style camping with no power available, only a short walk to public washrooms.

Not recommended for trailers due to rocky terrain. Can have multiple tents on this site to not exceed max guests.

This is a roughin’-it style camping with no power available, only a short walk to public washrooms.

Not recommended for trailers due to rocky terrain. Can have multiple tents on this site to not exceed max guests.

Less than 14 days before arrival = no refund

More than 14 days before arrival = full refund (minus 5% processing fee)

BEFORE CANCELLING YOU MAY REQUEST (not guaranteed) TO RESCHEDULE YOUR TRIP, JUST SEND US AN EMAIL

 

You will receive a confirmation email with more details after you book and will pay the remainder in person when you arrive via debit, cash or credit.

Terms of Stay & Code of Conduct

Right of Service & Removal Policy Minden Off Road Park reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or immediately evict any guest, visitor, or vehicle from the motel, campground, or park premises without prior notice and without a refund if park rules, local laws, or staff instructions are violated.

Prohibited behaviors that may result in immediate removal include, but are not limited to:

  • Unsafe or reckless operation of off-road vehicles

  • Failure to follow posted speed limits or trail rules

  • Excessive noise, disturbance of other guests, or violation of quiet hours

  • Verbal or physical abuse toward staff or other park visitors

  • Destruction or vandalism of property, campsite areas, or park grounds

  • Unauthorized visitors or exceeding posted site/room occupancy limits

All guests stay and ride at their own risk.

Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are subject to our standard cancellation policy. If a guest is asked to leave the property due to a rule breach, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable, and any remaining reservation balance will be forfeited.
