More than 14 days before arrival = full refund (minus 5% processing fee)

Right of Service & Removal Policy Minden Off Road Park reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or immediately evict any guest, visitor, or vehicle from the motel, campground, or park premises without prior notice and without a refund if park rules, local laws, or staff instructions are violated.

Prohibited behaviors that may result in immediate removal include, but are not limited to:

  • Unsafe or reckless operation of off-road vehicles

  • Failure to follow posted speed limits or trail rules

  • Excessive noise, disturbance of other guests, or violation of quiet hours

  • Verbal or physical abuse toward staff or other park visitors

  • Destruction or vandalism of property, campsite areas, or park grounds

  • Unauthorized visitors or exceeding posted site/room occupancy limits

Minden Off Road Park, its owners, and staff are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, vehicles, or equipment during your stay. All guests stay and ride at their own risk.

Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are subject to our standard cancellation policy. If a guest is asked to leave the property due to a rule breach, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable, and any remaining reservation balance will be forfeited.
