Rooms 1-6 are smaller rooms: the bunk bed room, 2 single beds and single queen beds.

Rooms 7, 8, 11 & 12 are the 2 queen with kitchenette rooms. Small single cot included.

Rooms 9 & 10 are single queen rooms with a small kitchen area.

All rooms include washroom, microwave, minifridge, bedding, towels, A/C, heat and satellite TV. We provide hand soap but don't provide toiletries for showering, please bring your own.

Kitchenette rooms offer larger fridges, table and chairs, cookware, dishes and utensils.

Picnic tables and limited firepits are available.

Public BBQ space available by the pool.

2 Single Beds

Room includes microwave, kettle, minifridge, bedding, towels, A/C, heat and satellite TV.

We provide hand soap but don’t provide toiletries for showering, please bring your own.

There is a public BBQ area by the pool you are free to use.

Single Queen with Kitchen

These rooms include a table with 2 chairs, bar fridge, cookware, dishes, utensils, paper towel, microwave, toaster, kettle, bedding, towels, hand soap, dish soap, A/C, heat and satellite TV. We don’t provide toiletries for showering, please bring your own.

Room 9 & 10 are the single queen with kitchens. Room 10 has a stove, Room 9 has a double burner hotplate.

There is a public BBQ area by the pool you are free to use.

2 Queen with Kitchenette

Kitchenette rooms offer larger fridges, table and chairs, cookware, dishes, utensils, paper towel, microwave, toaster, kettle, double burner hotplate, bedding, towels, hand soap, dish soap, A/C, heat and satellite TV. We don’t provide toiletries for showering, please bring your own.

Cancellation Policy

Your Room. Guaranteed.

Your reservation is guaranteed after we have received your deposit.

CANCELLATIONS MADE

Less than 14 days before arrival = no refund

More than 14 days before arrival = full refund (minus 5% processing fee)

BEFORE CANCELLING YOU MAY REQUEST (not guaranteed) TO RESCHEDULE YOUR TRIP, JUST SEND US AN EMAIL

 

You will receive a confirmation email with more details after you book and will pay the remainder in person when you arrive via debit, cash or credit.

Please cancel via the link in your Confirmation email, please don't email us to cancel. 

 

Terms of Stay & Code of Conduct

Right of Service & Removal Policy Minden Off Road Park reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or immediately evict any guest, visitor, or vehicle from the motel, campground, or park premises without prior notice and without a refund if park rules, local laws, or staff instructions are violated.

Prohibited behaviors that may result in immediate removal include, but are not limited to:

  • Unsafe or reckless operation of off-road vehicles

  • Failure to follow posted speed limits or trail rules

  • Excessive noise, disturbance of other guests, or violation of quiet hours

  • Verbal or physical abuse toward staff or other park visitors

  • Destruction or vandalism of property, campsite areas, or park grounds

  • Unauthorized visitors or exceeding posted site/room occupancy limits

Liability Disclaimer By entering Minden Off Road Park, guests and visitors acknowledge that off-roading, camping, and outdoor recreation carry inherent risks. Minden Off Road Park, its owners, and staff are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, vehicles, or equipment during your stay. All guests stay and ride at their own risk.

Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are subject to our standard cancellation policy. If a guest is asked to leave the property due to a rule breach, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable, and any remaining reservation balance will be forfeited.
