This is a dated but clean park model trailer. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the front and a double pull out couch in the living room.  The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave and RV size oven/stove.

We outfit the beds with mattress protectors and fitted sheets but you will need to bring your own bedding, pillows and towels.

We provide cutlery, dishes, cookware, kettle, toaster, paper towel, hand soap and dish soap. We don’t provide shower toiletries, please bring your own.

Washroom includes a flush toilet and small RV size shower. Public washrooms are also free to use at any time.

There is a front deck, picnic table and firepit included in this site.

As of May 2024 this will be a new (to us and you) travel trailer if you have stayed in “RV-1” before. It has a queen bed in the front, a double pull out couch in the kitchen area and a separate bedroom in the back. The bedroom has the option of three single beds or a double pull out couch.

This new trailer has two tip outs. One in the kitchen area and one in the back bedroom.
